What to include

The email address on your account, the device and app version you are using, and what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. A screenshot helps if the problem is something you can see on screen.

Is Pomander always right?

No. Pomander is an AI guide. It answers from your own wardrobe, wears and notes, and it can still be wrong. Treat it as a well-read friend, not an authority.

Pomander cannot tell you whether a fragrance is safe for your skin. If you have a reaction, talk to a doctor or pharmacist.

Who can use Pomander and label scanning?

Scent & Note is for people 13 and over. The AI features are for adults 18 and over. The app asks for your birth year once, and if you are under 18 or choose not to say, the AI features are not offered. Everything else works the same.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Exporting your wardrobe, wears and To try list to CSV is free, always, on every plan. You do not need an account to use the app.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase billed by Apple. To restore Pro on a new phone, open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchase. AI credits are saved to your account, so sign in with the same account to see them. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app: open Profile, then Account settings, then Delete account. See Delete your account for the full details, including what to do if you cannot open the app.
